Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to the UK and selected international destinations.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
Risks in all goods passes to you upon delivery, but ownership transfers once payment is received in full.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method with 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Certain items (eg, personalised or hygiene products) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days at lionandwillow81@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
